I was just trying to pay and be done with it but the payment page kept freezing on me and I had to keep refreshing and trying again which got annoying fast.

The case showed up way lighter than it looked in the photos. It fits my phone fine, so no issue there, but I literally picked it because of the color… and then it arrives looking totally different. Make it make sense. Disappointing honestly.

I got a small discount code, so that was nice, but the whole promo looked way better before I actually got to checkout. It still saved me a bit of money, but the timing was kind of frustrating because I only realized the discount wasn’t that great right when I was ready to buy. Not the worst deal, just not as amazing as it first seemed.

"The buttons were surprisingly quick"
I was using CaseBuddy on my phone while sitting on the couch after dinner, and the buttons were really responsive. I didn’t have to keep tapping like I sometimes do on other sites, and there wasn’t any weird delay or lag. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate because I get impatient with clunky forms. Overall, happy with the experience
"Wish I’d bought this case sooner"
I’ve already dropped my phone twice on tile, and somehow there isn’t a single crack. i’d be kicking myself if I’d waited any longer to get a decent case. This one feels really solid without making my phone feel huge or bulky. Happy with it so far

"Packaging was really disappointing"
Giving 1 star mainly because the packaging was really poor. My order from casebuddy.com.au showed up in this thin mailer with barely any protection, and the box looked like it had been squashed in transit.
The item inside had marks on it too, which was frustrating when you’re buying something brand new. I’m sure the product might’ve been okay if it arrived properly, but the whole thing just felt cheap and not looked after.
I also tried reaching out about it, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots just copying and pasting generic responses. I expected better packaging and a bit more care, especially when ordering online

I got this case because I still remember the awful feeling of dropping my old phone and seeing the screen crack. This one feels decent in the hand and seems to protect the phone fine so far. It’s nothing fancy or amazing, but it does the job and makes me a little less nervous carrying my phone around.

"MagSafe is okay, but could be stronger"
The case looks good and fits my phone really well, so I was happy with it at first. The MagSafe does work, and my charger connects fine, but the hold isn’t as strong as I expected. It sometimes slips a little when I use it on my car mount, which gets a bit frustrating. It’s not a bad case at all, but I hoped it would feel more secure. Kind of disappointing because I really wanted to love it.

"Tracking could’ve been better"
I ordered a phone case the tracking was frustrating. It barely updated for days and kept showing the same status, so I had no clue where it was or when it was actually going to arrive. Maybe I was a little extra anxious because I needed a case before I took the phone out much, but still, it would’ve been nice to have clearer updates. The case did show up eventually, so that part was fine, but the whole tracking experience was annoying.

At first glance, I was like, okay, this case looks nice. It does the job and nothing about it really stands out in a bad way. But once I actually held it, I kind of thought, hmm, it feels a bit cheaper than I expected. Not terrible at all, just not super premium either.

The only thing was the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Not awful or anything, just not exactly quick either. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t needing it in a hurry...

"Cracked almost immediately, which was fun"
I put this screen protector on and within two days it had already cracked. The edges also never really stuck down properly, but I guess staying attached was too much to ask. Not exactly the durability I was hoping for.

I ordered a phone case from Casebuddy because the price looked fair compared to a few other places I checked. The case itself is decent quality for what I paid, nothing amazing, but it feels solid and does the job. The only thing that kind of threw me off was the shipping cost, since it made the deal feel less impressive than it did at first. I’m happy with the case overall, but that extra cost did make me trust the “good value” part a little less.

The case looks good overall, and it’s fine for everyday use, but the material feels a little cheaper than I was expecting. It’s not terrible, just not very grippy or premium in the hand. that feels like a preventable downside for something that otherwise looks decent.

"Didn’t really fit my phone right"
I tried putting this case on my phone but it just didn’t fit good. It felt kinda off and wouldn’t sit properly, so I couldn’t really use it.
